All performed by certified clinical Pharmacists.

Program Includes

• One-On-One telephonic counseling to all of your employees that currently are: 
• Diabetic
• Asthmatic
• High risk for Cardiovascular problems
• On more than seven different medications
• Pharmacist counselors will be specifically addressing
• Drug adherence
• Possible adverse Drug reactions
• Possible prescription duplications 
• Counselors will also focus on helping your employees find lower costing alternatives to prescriptions they are taking.  
• Program includes pharmacy consultant HOT-LINE help desk for ALL of your employees.
• Generic drug options website access available to all employees
